Platform: 

Sessions are hosted virtually on Zoom. It is preferable to have video, but audio only sessions may be available. Sessions with video should be done in a distraction free environment with a device that can be kept stable.  

Paperwork:

Clients must complete a liability waiver and an intake form. An electronic copy will be kept on file for 5 years following the client’s last session.  

Booking sessions: 

All sessions are booked via Calendly. Clients must notify coach of cancellation/reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled session. Notification should be via email. If client is 10 minutes late to a session, the session will be cancelled. Sessions are 45 minutes except for the initial session which is 60 minutes.  

Recording: 

The coach will not record sessions except with the express permission from the client. Recordings would only be used for coach certification and credentialing purposes. Clients may not record sessions.  

Contact between sessions: 

Contact between sessions is limited to email unless other arrangements are made between client and coach. Emails will be answered within 48 hours.  

Payment:  

Sessions and packages must be prepaid. Sessions purchased as a package are non-refundable, but they are transferable when notification of such transfer is made in writing (email) to the coach.
